Dora's Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Break out the blender for a beach-front favorite. This tropical treat is so delicious, your kids will think it's dessert!

Ingredients

2 cups frozen mango chunks
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks in own juices
1 cup orange juice
1 cup ice
1 tbsp. dried milk powder
2 tsp. flax seed oil (optional)

Directions

Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Scrape down sides of blender and process again until smooth.
Step 2
Pour the smoothie into a tall glass. Makes about 4 1/2 cups.
Step 3 (Optional)
Print the Dora Straw Toppers, follow the instructions, and then top off each drink with a Dora straw!
