Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Place four cookies on the cookie sheet.
Combine sliced strawberries or blueberries and jam in a bowl. Kids can stir with a spoon or fork until well blended. Use a rubber spatula to add the whipped topping to the berry mixture, and let kids and mix until the berries are blended.
Spoon about 1/2 cup of the mixture on top of each of the four cookies. Have kids top with the remaining cookies to make a sandwich.
Place the cookie tray in the freezer until the filling is set, about 1 hour. Enjoy a delicious frozen treat!
