Chilly Gilly Smoothie

Kids will go Guppy over this yummy frozen drink. It looks like Gil's tail!

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp. green melting wafers (Wilton)
• 1 large banana, peeled
• 2 ripe kiwi, peeled
• 1/2 cup milk
• 3 drops green food coloring (optional)
• 1 cup vanilla yogurt plus 2 tbsp.

Directions

1. Step 1

   Place the green candies in a plastic bag (Ziploc). Microwave, massaging the bag every 5 seconds until the candies are melted and smooth, about 20 seconds.

2. Step 2

   Snip a small corner from the bag. Pipe random spots of green candy on the inside of 3 clear glasses. Place glasses in the refrigerator to set for about 5 minutes.

3. Step 3

   Combine the banana, kiwi, and milk in a blender. Pulse until smooth. Add the food coloring, if desired. Add 1 cup of the yogurt and pulse to blend. Dot some of the remaining yogurt on the inside of the glasses as you did with the green candy. Pour in the smoothie to fill the glasses. Add a few drops of remaining yogurt.
