Ingredients

  • 1 English muffin, halved crosswise
  • 4 slices baked ham
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

Tip: For extra-crispy pizzas, pre-toast the English muffin halves for a few seconds.

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 450F. Place the English muffin halves, cut side up, on a cookie sheet lined with foil.

  2. Step 2

    Slice the ham into thin pieces and sprinkle on top of muffins. Top with the grated cheese. Place the cookie sheet in the oven and bake until the muffins are lightly toasted and cheese is melted, about 5 to 8 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Transfer to serving plates. Makes 2 servings.

Tip: Be sure to let the pizzas cool for a minute or two before you eat. They will be hot!
