Pepperoni Pizza

Add storebought slices of pepperoni and sauce to a hard roll, and prepare to hear kids plead for more.

Ingredients

• 1 hard roll, halved lengthwise
• 1/4 cup prepared pizza sauce
• 4 slices salami or pepperoni
• 1/2 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
• 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

• 1 cookie sheet

Directions

1. Step 1

   Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place the halved hard rolls, cut side up, on a cookie sheet lined with foil.

2. Step 2

   Kids can spread each half with the pizza sauce. They may also want to top with the salami or pepperoni,and sprinkle the top with the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Place the cookie sheet in the oven and bake until the rolls are lightly toasted and cheese is melted, about 5 to 8 minutes.

3. Step 3

   Transfer pizzas to serving plates. Makes 2 pizzas.
