Swiper PB & Jelly Sandwich

Kids will love Swiper's version of peanut butter and jelly. It's a surefire surprise!

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 slices whole wheat bread
• 2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
• 1 1/2 tbsp. grape jelly
• 1/2 banana
• 3 blueberries or black grapes
• 6 pieces (2 in. each) black licorice laces
• 2 marshmallows

• Resealable plastic bag

Directions

1. Step 1

   To make Swiper's ears, cut two triangles, 1 inch on each side. Spread the peanut butter over the top of one slice of bread and over the two small triangle ear pieces. Arrange them on a plate to look like Swiper's head.

2. Step 2

   Spoon the jelly into a resealable bag and snip a very small corner from the bag. Pipe the mask area with the jelly and fill in the area with more jelly. Cut one marshmallow in half, crosswise. Arrange the pieces as the eyes and add two of the blueberries as the pupils.

3. Step 3

   Cut the wide end of the banana at an angle. Place the cut banana on top of the sandwich as Swiper's nose--make sure the pointed end of the banana is hanging out--and insert the black licorice on either side of the pointed end of the banana as the whiskers. Add one blueberry to the tip of the banana nose. Cut the remaining marshmallow into small triangles and arrange under the nose as his teeth.
