Geo Sandwich

Combine blueberries and cream cheese to make a super shaped sandwich that looks just like Geo.

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp. softened cream cheese
• Blue food coloring
• 1 red cherry tomato (cut in half)
• 1 slice of cheddar cheese
• 2 slices white bread
• 2 blueberries
• Small piece of red fruit leather

Supplies

• Circle-shaped cookie cutter or use the rim of a glass
• Small plastic resealable bag

Directions

1. Step 1

   Tint the cream cheese light blue with blue food coloring. Spoon 2 teaspoons of the cream cheese into a small plastic resealable bag.

2. Step 2

   Use the rim of a glass or a large round cookie cutter to cut the bread into a 3-inch and a 4-inch circle. Spread the softened cream cheese on one side of the larger circle. Using a round cookie cutter or rim of a glass, shape the cheese slice into a circle. Add the cheddar cheese on top of the cream cheese. Press the smaller bread slice on top, slightly askew to be able to see the slice of cheddar cheese.

3. Step 3

   Snip a small corner from the bag with the cream cheese. Pipe bangs on top of the bread. Add the blueberries as eyes and the gum drop for the mouth. Add the cut cherry tomato halves as Geo's antennae on either side of the top edge of sandwich. Cut the small red fruit leather and flatten into a 1- to 1/2-inch long semicircle for Geo's mouth.
