Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat flour tortilla
  • 2 tsp. light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup mixed baby lettuces
  • 1 jarred roasted red pepper
  • 2 slices roasted turkey breast

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Place the whole wheat tortilla on a clean surface, then spread the mayonnaise on top of the tortilla. Arrange the lettuce on top. Place the roasted red pepper in the center making sure that it is open flat. Lay the turkey slices on top.

  2. Step 2

    Roll up the tortilla as tightly as possible. Place seam side down on a cutting board. Cut crosswise into 1-inch pieces.
