Cook Time: 15 min.

Ingredients

  • Pancake Mix
  • Blue Food Coloring

Supplies

  • Letter Cookie Cutters

Directions

  1. Step 1

Prepare the pancake mix according to directions on package. Add two drops of food coloring to dye batter.

  2. Step 2

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Drop approximately 3 tablespoons of the batter onto the skillet, cooking two at a time to avoid overcrowding. Flip pancakes when bubbles begin to form on the side, after about 4 minutes. Flip pancakes and cook for another 3 minutes. Set cooked pancakes on a plate to cool. Repeat the process until 12 pancakes are made.

  3. Step 3

Using the letter cookie cutters, cut the letter Y into four pancakes, the letter U into four pancakes and the letter M into four pancakes. Or create personalized pancakes by using the cutters to initial your child's pancakes!
