Ingredients

8 celery stalks
Guacamole
Hummus
Honey Mustard
Vanilla Yogurt
4 hollowed-out peppers or tomatoes, to use as serving bowls (optional)

Tip: Try to use the lighter-colored celery stalks you'll find towards the center of the bunch. They are less less stringy and tough--much easier to munch on! For variety, you can also cut up some carrot sticks and cucumber slices for dipping.

Directions

Step 1
Kids can help wash and dry the celery. Parents can trim off the leaves and ends of the celery, and cut the stalks into 2- to 3-inch pieces.
Step 2
Spoon the guacamole, hummus, honey mustard, and vanilla yogurt into small cups or vegetable bowls.
Step 3
Dip and eat!

Tip: If you cut up the celery sticks the night before you plan to use them, place them in a lidded plastic container with water to cover. Place in the refrigerator. The celery will be extra crunchy in the morning.
