Ingredients

  • 1/2 package (15 oz.) refrigerated pie dough
  • 6 tbsp. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tbsp. reduced sugar strawberry jam
  • Variety of fresh sliced fruit like blueberries, strawberries, and kiwi
  • Grated white chocolate (optional)

Supplies

  • Cookie sheet
  • Aluminum foil
Tip: If you don't have strawberry jam, try apricot or seedless raspberry.

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a cookie sheet with foil.

  2. Step 2

    Unroll the refrigerated dough onto a lightly floured surface. Use an inverted small bowl (like a cereal bowl) to cut the dough into four 4-inch rounds. Transfer the pie rounds to the prepared cookie sheet. Kids can prick the surface of the dough with a fork. Place the dough in the oven and bake until it's golden brown, about 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from the oven, transfer to a wire rack, and cool.

  3. Step 3

    Spread 1 1/2 tablespoons of the softened cream cheese on top of each pie crust. Top with a tablespoon of jam. Kids can arrange sliced fruit on top of the jam. To mimic the look of mozzarella cheese, sprinkle some grated white chocolate on top of each pizza.
