What You Need
Dora's Green Family Tree poster and leaves printable
Recycled paper
Safety scissors
Tape or glue stick
A marker

What You Do

Step 1
Print out the Dora Green Family Tree printable on recycled paper or try printing out the pages on the back of old coloring pages and printables. Cut and glue (or tape) the poster pages together and cut out the leaves.
Putting the poster together may be more of a grown-up activity, while cutting out the leaves is a great step for the kids.

Step 2
Place the poster in an area of your home where the whole family will have a chance to add leaves and watch the tree grow.
Encourage your family to talk about the suggestions on the leaves and to create your own based on everyday green habits or special activities that make you an eco-friendly family.

Step 3
Try to add new leaves to the tree every few days or make it a scheduled activity one day out of the week.

Step 4
Send us a photo of you and your preschooler using Dora's Green Family Tree. You could see it online or on TV!
