Wonder Pets fans can answer the call with their own tin can phone. (Note: Because this craft includes a length of string, it may be best for ages 4 and above.)

What You Need
2 tin cans
Masking tape (or electrical tape)
Hammer
Nail
String
Construction paper
Colored markers or crayons
Wonder Pets Badges (optional)
Craft glue (optional)

What You Do

Step 1
Cover the cut end of the two tin cans with masking tape, electrical tape, or colored reflective tape from an office-supply store. Make a hole in the bottom of each can with the hammer and nail. (Parents will want to do this step.)

Step 2
Help kids thread one end of the string through the hole in one tin can and tie a knot. Do the same for the other can.

Step 3
Cover the tin cans with pieces of construction paper and use the tape to secure. Kids can write their names on the cans and decorate with colored markers. To add Wonder Pets decals, we printed the Wonder Pets Badges on a color printer and then reduced them 50% on a copier. Cut out the badges and glue to the cans with craft glue.
