Welcome to the colorful madcap world of Tickety Toc, a fantastical place filled with funny, eccentric and lovable characters.

Tommy is 8 years old and he's smart, funny, resourceful and always ready for adventure. He takes a scientific approach to problem-solving, but can always turn to his twin sister, Tallulah, for help!

Tallulah, also 8, is Tommy's twin sister and the creative half of this duo! She has a big imagination and is not afraid to use it. She's extremely inventive and always has Tommy to turn to for practical advice when faced with a dilemma.

Pufferty is a very excitable train. He helps the citizens of Tickety Town to get around and he's always on time. Pufferty is fun-loving, but very conscientious, especially when delivering Tommy & Tallulah to Chime Time.

McCoggins is Tickety Town's maintenance man, or better known as the "Clock Doc." There's nothing that this wise, patient and trusting character can't fix.

Enthusiastic yet accident-prone, Hopparoo is McCoggins's apprentice. His goal in life is to become a fully fledged maintenance man like his mentor. However, his hyperactive nature often means that chaos is never far behind when Hopparoo's involved!

"Moo-Hoo!" "My little Tic Tocketeers!" are just some of Madame Au Lait's catchphrases. As well as being a very talented table-tennis player, she's always on hand to offer Tommy & Tallulah her advice and wisdom.
