Nickelodeon Central
Nickelodeon Central is the world's largest Nickelodeon theme park area for kids, and this 15-acre Nickelodeon playground is growing to become five times larger than before. It's loaded with more than 20 attractions that kids and their parents can enjoy together! Families can rub elbows with their favorite NickToons celebrities, dine at several eateries, and shop at the Nickelodeon Store.
There five newest attractions are:
Phantom Flyers: Interactive phantom vehicles swoop through the air with superhero Danny Phantom.
The Flying Dutchman's Revenge: Help Patrick Star escape the pirate ghost at Bikini Bottom.
Dora the Explorer's Adventure: Join Dora and Boots on a four-minute train ride through a storybook adventure.
Little Bill's Cruisers: Kids sail and glide in mini speed boats.
Boomerang Bay: The park's Aussome new water park. Sixteen acres of wet and wild fun await you and your family. Attractions for all ages and for the thrill-seeker in all of you. (Water park open only in the summer.)
Rocket Power Air Time
On this ride, you'll swing in 360-degree loops and experience 33-feet-per-second controlled freefalls. At the top of each loop, you're treated to a 70-foot-high panoramic view of the park before plunging into a series of several speed loops.
The Wild Thornberrys River Adventure
Seated in flume-ride dugouts, "explorers" cast off for a surprise-filled jungle journey. While floating along the river, unsuspecting guests encounter mischievous monkeys, creepy snakes, a water-spraying elephant, a mysterious cave, a 40-foot waterfall, and more!
Rugrats Runaway Reptar
Reptar looms 49 feet above the ground, beckoning riders to climb aboard this green and yellow scream machine, with cars that feature his buggy dinosaur eyes. With their legs dangling below them, riders are whisked up, up, and away to a height of more than 50 feet. Soaring over treetops like birds, swooping side to side, and then hurtling into a scream-evoking nosedive, riders race around the track and attempt to steer clear of the larger-than-life Reptar.
Nickelodeon Flying Super Saturator
This high-flying, wet 'n' wild Nickelodeon roller coaster combines the adventure of a suspended coaster and the ultimate water-play experience. Riders swing through gushing geysers and rain curtains and dodge water squirted from the squirt stations in the queue below. Riders can retaliate on the crowds waiting below, firing from the reservoir of 16 gallons of water in each coaster car.
Season runs late May to mid September. Check the Web site for daily hours of operation.
